Barbara Wdowiak

Barbara Wdowiak is currently the Human Resources Director at Empik SA, where they utilize their extensive experience in HR management within the retail and wholesale distribution industries. They previously held various HR roles, including Regional HR Manager and Development Senior Project Manager, and have a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and organizational change. Barbara earned a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego in Warsaw and completed postgraduate managerial studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
