Karol Włodarczyk is currently the Head of Strategy & Corporate Reporting at Empik Group, where they prepare financial reports, analyses, budgets, and investor presentations at the intersection of retail, e-commerce, and premium brands. Karol holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Uniwersytet SWPS and a bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Poznaniu.
