Mateusz Krawczyk

Mateusz Krawczyk currently serves as a Network Engineer at Empik Group since December 2021. Prior to this role, Mateusz worked at T-Mobile Polska from October 2014 to March 2022, starting as a Technical Support Specialist, where responsibilities included first-line technical support and handling customer inquiries related to transmission services. Subsequently, Mateusz became involved in second-level technical support, ensuring network functionality, providing 24/7 service support, and managing the Core IP network, while collaborating closely with off-net operators and technical customer service teams. Mateusz Krawczyk holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science with a focus on network administration, management, and telecommunications from Warsaw University of Life Sciences, completed in 2017.
