Robert Grzelak

Robert Grzelak has been part of Empik Group since August 2005, currently serving as Transformation Manager since August 2013, focusing on streamlining key planning processes and developing integrated process maps. Prior roles include Replenishment Manager, where management of a replenishment team and ERP system development were key responsibilities, and Replenishment Specialist, involving ordering and goods allocation. Earlier experiences at Empik include positions as Department Manager at the Empik Blue City Store, Szef Sekcji at Empik Arkadia, and Store Employee at Empik Arkadia. Robert Grzelak holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie, completed in 2008.
