Luise Sinapius is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Vice President - Debt Solutions at Empira Group since August 2021. Sinapius has progressed through various finance roles within the company, including Finance Manager, Associate Finance Manager, and Associate Real Estate Finance. Prior to Empira Group, Sinapius worked as a Consultant for Residential Investment at Colliers International and held positions as a Real Estate Analyst and Real Estate Finance Intern at BERGFÜRST. Sinapius began the career journey at LebensRäume Hoyerswerda eG while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Vermögensmanagement - Immobilienwirtschaft at the University of Cooperative Education Leipzig, graduating in October 2019.
