Bill Doran

Bill Doran currently serves as the Vice President of Service Delivery at Empire Access, focusing on enhancing customer experiences from sign-up to support since January 2023. Previously, Bill held multiple leadership roles at Empire Telephone Corporation from 2014 to December 2022, including Director of Operations and Director of Carrier Relations and Information Technology, where responsibilities included managing carrier relationships and IT services for a regional fiber communications provider. Bill's extensive experience spans various roles at Ontario Telephone Co., Inc. and Finger Lakes Technologies Group, including oversight of ISP services and network systems. Early career accomplishments include engagement management and operations center management at IBM Global Services, as well as a foundational role at Frontier Communications in data network engineering and operations. Bill Doran completed education at the Rochester Institute of Technology between 1979 and 1983.
