Previously, at Metro Park Warehouses Inc., spanning from 1988 to 2015, Eric held roles including Distribution Center Manager and Safety Coordinator, focusing on developing training processes for truck drivers to enhance safety culture. Early in the career, Eric worked as a Wellness Coach and ACE Certified personal trainer at YMCA of Greater Kansas, delivering training sessions and wellness guidance. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Occupational Studies in Personal Training from Heritage/Maplewoods and additional certifications in strength and conditioning.
