Eric Hurt

Eric Hurt has a strong background in the music industry, with experience working in various roles for different companies. Eric'smost recent position was as the VP of A&R Publishing for EMPIRE - Distribution | Recordings | Publishing in Nashville, where they played a key role in expanding the company's presence in the country music space. Prior to that, Eric worked as the Sr. Director of Creative for independent publisher Black River Entertainment, LLC, representing hit songwriters and artists. Eric also held similar positions at Spirit Music Group and Zavitson Music Group, where they represented artists and songwriters on a publishing and management level. Eric's early career included a role as the Creative Director for Universal Music Publishing / Brentwood Benson.
