The manufacturing and process industries are - if you ask us - among the most beautiful to work in. And we think the professionals who work in these industries are heroes. These convictions are what drive us. As a reliable consultant, we connect experienced technicians with an intermediate vocational, higher vocational or university background to the best companies, mainly in the southeast of the Netherlands. We do this on the basis of recruitment and selection or on the basis of secondment.

Changing jobs... At a time when companies in the manufacturing and process industries are queuing up for good professionals, it is tempting to look elsewhere. Finding 'normal' new work is not difficult. You really don't need us for that. But why should you settle for 'ordinary'? Right now you have the opportunity to choose. At Empiria, we make sure you have a choice.

A journey with Empiria starts with a good conversation. Together at the table, looking each other in the eye, a good cup of coffee (or tea). We really want to get to know you. Where are your interests? What drives you? What is your private situation like and how should work fit in? What are you good at? What experience do you have?

At Empiria, we look after your interests. Pure. Personally. In fact, we are a personal coach, wheelbarrow, account manager and ambassador all in one. We guide you from your very first orientation on the job market (possibly supplemented by a career scan or assessment). And we make appointments for you with employers, prepare you for job interviews and negotiate primary and secondary terms of employment on your behalf. Here too, your wishes are important. It is all about you!
