Michelle Goth is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership development, coaching, and organizational design. As the CEO, Founder, and Principal Consultant at ALR Coaching since January 2015, Michelle specializes in enhancing team health through strategic initiatives rooted in RIFF principles. In addition to current roles at Emplay Inc. as a Sales Enablement Principal Consultant, and previously as an Alumni Lead Facilitator for #Masterpiece, Michelle has held significant positions at PTC, Bose Corporation, and Faith Community Church, among others.
