Michael Freshwater

Michael Freshwater is an experienced professional in account technology and project management, currently serving as a Sr. Account Technology Strategist at Emplifi since April 2024. With a long-standing career at Astute Solutions since May 2001, roles have included Manager of Strategic Projects, Sr. Technical Account Manager, Product Manager, and Managing Consultant for Telephony. Previous positions held include Director of Sales Engineering at TeleSpectrum Worldwide, Director of Software at TARP, and several product management roles at DynCorp International and Data Management Design Inc. Michael also has marketing experience from leadership positions at ADVANCE Inc. and FileNet. Michael earned a BS in Information Science and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh.
