Michaela Branova

Michaela Branova has a strong background in analytics and reporting. Michaela currently works at Emplifi as the Sr. Director of Reporting & Analytics. In this role, they lead internal data teams and is responsible for Business Intelligence reporting, ad-hoc analytical exploration, app development, and CRM systems. Before joining Emplifi, they worked at Socialbakers, where they held various positions, including Head of Analytics and Reporting and Product Owner of the Data Analytics Team. In these roles, they led teams of analysts and provided insights on the social media market. Michaela Branova received their undergraduate education from Prague University of Economics and Business, where they obtained their Ing. degree in International Business and Financial Sector Analysis. Michaela later pursued further education at Institut procesovn orientované práce and obtained a Diplomate Training in Process Oriented Psychology. Additionally, they completed a Leadership/facilitation training in process-oriented psychology (foundation) at the same institution. In terms of certifications, Michaela obtained a Mindfulness Practitioner Course (Teacher Certification) from Udemy in 2022.
