Olha Y.

Olha Y. started their career as an Operational Specialist at Synevo Ukraine in October 2012, where they worked until February 2020. In March 2020, they worked as a UI/UX Design Intern at Lanp, where they received mentorship in various design aspects. From November 2019 to September 2022, Olha worked as an Illustrator at Fiverr Freelancers. Olha then joined Cadabra Studio as a UI/UX designer from September 2020 to September 2022, where they designed websites for different companies and created a design system for mobile applications. From January 2022 to September 2022, Olha worked at Assurant as a User Experience Designer. Currently, they are employed at Emplifi since September 2022, starting as a Product Designer and then progressing to the role of Group Design Lead. In their current role, Olha is responsible for design delivery across the Care group and is the main design contributor to the Emplifi Care product. Olha participates in product strategy and roadmap shaping, influences design direction, owns design delivery, communicates with stakeholders and clients, and works on improving feature delivery processes.

Olha Y. completed a Master's degree in Marketing from Dnipro University of Technology between 2009 and 2014. In 2020, they pursued a field of study in UI/UX design at skillup. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Designing for complex UI" from Projector Institute in 2022.
