Karla Eppler

Karla Eppler is currently the Clinical Manager at Emplify Health, a role they have held since 2025. They previously served as the Program Manager for EMS Education at the same company from 2024 to 2025. Karla has extensive experience in the field, having been the Director of Operations at Winona Area Ambulance Service from 2008 to 2018 and the Director of Learning and Development at Winona Health for a brief period in 2019. They also worked as the Training Center Education Coordinator at Mayo Health System La Crosse from 2002 to 2008 and began their career as a Paramedic at Tri-State Ambulance Service from 1997 to 2008. Karla holds a Master of Education in Professional Development from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from the same institution.
