Leanne Andersen

LeAnne Andersen serves as the Chief People Officer at Emplify Health since February 2023, following a similar role at Bellin and Gundersen Health System. Previously, LeAnne held the position of Chair, People Services at Mayo Clinic from April 2021 to February 2023, overseeing HR shared services critical to the organization’s people strategy. Prior to that, LeAnne was the Vice President of Employee Services and HR Operations at Kaiser Permanente from April 2015 to April 2021, managing services for a large workforce. LeAnne's career began at Best Buy, where the role of VP, Global HR Services included oversight of various HR operations for 140,000 employees. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Global Leadership & Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a BA in Communication & Public Relations from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
