Michael Miles is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in various roles. As a partner at The Operand Group since January 2016, Michael aids entrepreneurship through acquisition by providing both capital and strategic support. In addition, Michael has served as a board member at EmployBridge since October 2016, contributing to workforce solutions and job opportunities across multiple specialty divisions. Michael co-founded Uncharted Learning, NFP in September 2012, which facilitates entrepreneurial programs for students in over 300 schools nationwide. Previously, Michael co-founded and chaired SeatonCorp, a prominent outsourcing and recruiting company recognized for its significant job creation. Michael also held the role of operating executive at Lake Capital from January 2010 to January 2013. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Arizona State University.
