Tom Gray

Tom Gray is the founder of Employee Pooling. Before launching Employee Pooling in 2011, Tom served as the President of Netstreet Brokerage, a premier individual Life, LTC, DI, and Annuity insurance Brokerage General Agency. Headquartered in Nashville, Netstreet supported 1,300 independent insurance agents in 45 states through 9 regional offices. Tom co-founded Netstreet in 2000 after a successful ten years as a Senior Life Sales Representative with CNA Insurance. Tom was the national sales leader at CNA for three consecutive years.

A long-time champion and advocate for education, Tom serves on the Board of Visitors for Nashville’s Lipscomb University College of Business and is Chairman of the Board of its Center for Global Connectedness and Collaboration. He is greatly interested in expanding global studies and business in India initiatives.

Tom holds a BA degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. He has also been named a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow by The American College.

Tom has been married for 25 years and has 2 sons.
