Jonathan Bennett

Jonathan started working for Employee Solutions in 2015 as the Branch Manager for the new Arkansas office. He was able to use his management and leadership skills to grow Arkansas and eventually Oklahoma. Jonathan was promoted to Operations Manager in 2018. His philosophy of “there is always a way” and “never use can’t” has allowed him continued success. Before joining Employee Solutions, he was a member of the United States Air Force and managed production and lead sales/service for a large chemical company. Jonathan has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and Management. He completed his Masters of Human Resource Management from AIU in 2015. Jonathan is a member of SHRM and holds the designation of Certified Staffing Professional.
