Ryan Sims

Ryan Sims currently serves as an Account Manager at EmployIndy, where responsibilities include establishing strategic relationships, implementing data analytic processes to enhance sales, and ensuring compliance for grant recipients. Previous roles encompass a Business Partnerships Coordinator at EmployIndy, a Yoga Instructor at YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, and a Community Director at White Pine Wilderness Academy, where innovative initiatives doubled sales and improved customer engagement.
