Eva Seiple is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and people operations with extensive experience in full lifecycle recruiting across various sectors including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, UX, Customer Success, and Finance. Currently serving as the People Operations and Recruiting specialist at Empora Title since January 2024, Eva previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Citrin and Simplr. With a strong foundation in recruiting for diverse roles at Root Inc. as the Manager of Candidate Experience & Recruiting, as well as experience overseeing project processes at JobsOhio, Eva has cultivated a comprehensive skill set in recruitment and candidate experience. Additionally, early career roles included a University Brand Ambassador for KIND and a Marketing Leadership Rotational Program Intern at Nationwide Insurance. Eva holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from The Ohio State University.
