Ben Thacker

Ben Thacker has an extensive work experience in business development, marketing, and client services. Ben started their career in 2009 at Sun Energy Funding as the Marketing & Technology Manager, where they developed and conducted sales training programs, established and maintained internal business processes, and created the company website and marketing materials. In 2011, they joined Cedrus as the Manager of Client Services and IT, where they created and executed a tiered client service model and implemented cloud-based IT systems. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Crocs as the Retail Marketing Coordinator and Retail Analyst. Ben then moved to Sengled in 2014, where they held the roles of Director of Business Development, Senior Product Marketing Manager, and Marketing Manager. In 2017, they joined SmartThings as the Business Development Manager. Ben then moved to Frontdoor, Inc. in 2019 as the Director of Business Development, and in 2022 they joined Emporia as the Executive Vice President of Business Development.

Ben Thacker graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
