James Shepard

James Shepard has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. James is currently the CEO of Empow Studios, an organization that provides STEM education programs for children. Prior to this, Shepard was the CEO and Founder of AchieveLeaders, a leadership and talent consulting firm. Before AchieveLeaders, they served as the President and CEO of AchieveMission, a nonprofit consulting firm. Shepard also held leadership positions at Taproot Foundation, Headlight.com, Urbanite Network, Academic Systems, and JSA International/ATKearney, where they gained experience in various roles such as COO, VP, and Product Manager. Additionally, they served as the Director of Princeton Review in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
