Bethany Condo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Bethany is currently the Co-Founder of Empowch, a position they have held since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Condo Behavior Consulting as an Entrepreneur/ Behavioral Consultant from September 2012 to January 2020. Bethany also worked at Fairfax County Public Schools as an Applied Behavior Analysis Coach from August 2015 to January 2018. From November 2013 to July 2015, Bethany served as a Clinical Coordinator at Little Leaves Behavioral Services. Before that, they lectured on Education and Behavior at Dar Al-Hekma University from March 2010 to July 2012. Their career began at The May Institute where they held the position of Senior Teacher from an unknown start date to 2010.

Bethany Condo earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Penn State University, which they attended from 2002 to 2005. Bethany then pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree at the same institution from 2005 to 2007. Prior to their enrollment at Penn State University, they attended the University of Pittsburgh in 2001-2002. In addition to their academic achievements, Bethany obtained a certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board in November 2009.
