Justin Spicer founded Empower Consulting in 2014, after successful roles in the non-profit and for profit sectors.  As former executive pastor and non-profit CFO, he saw the need for user-friendly reporting and simple, cloud-based financial systems that empowered organizational leaders to grow their organizations. Since then, our firm has grown to serve over 100 clients clients across the country.
