Empower Foundation is a Section 8 not-for-profit organisation established in 2013, working to advance inclusive economic participation for youth, women, informal sector workers, and community members across India. Guided by its mission, Powering People’s Progress, the Foundation supports individuals from underserved communities to build skills, livelihoods, and agency that contribute to sustained socio-economic mobility.

Empower Foundation is registered under 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act and holds a valid FCRA licence, enabling partnerships with domestic CSR donors and international development organisations. Empower Foundation is also registered on the Social Stock Exchange. We have implemented programmes across multiple states, working in close collaboration with corporate partners, public institutions, and ecosystem actors.
