Dignity 4 Daughters, is a groundbreaking initiative that aims to empower girls through comprehensive menstrual and reproductive health education. We bring mothers and daughters together to address the often-taboo topic of menstruation. The project equips young women with the knowledge and resources they need to manage their periods with confidence and dignity. This support is intended to reduce school absenteeism, delay early pregnancies, and enable the completion of their education, ultimately helping to break the cycle of poverty.
