Mark Richards is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in field applications and embedded systems. Currently serving as a Senior Field Applications Engineer at Empower RF Systems since April 2018, Mark specializes in advanced technologies such as GaN and LDMOS, contributing to a library of over four hundred documented product solutions. Prior roles include Senior Field Applications Engineer at VisualOn, Inc., where Mark focused on customer innovation and product quality, and embedded software roles with Accenture, SonSkape Media Group, and Wind River Systems. Mark's foundational education includes a B.S. in Electronics Engineering from Brigham Young University, complemented by a minor in Mandarin Chinese.
