Empowered By Courage is geared towards helping high achieving women create space for themselves and the life that they desire. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Renee Cage Watson recognized that entrepreneurs and professional women who look like they have it all, still struggle with anxiety, depression, low confidence, and feeling unfulfilled.

Her passion for liberating women from confusion and mystery in their careers, relationships, and lives drove her to establish Empowered By Courage LLC. It’s a manifestation of her goals and purpose to elevate the mindset of high achieving professional women so that they can be EMPOWERED in all aspects of their life.

Renee founded Empowered By Courage to call out destructive and dysfunctional thinking and replace it with clarity, peace, and a healthy lifestyle. Through these complementary therapy approaches and mindset techniques, we will help you go from Exhausted to Empowered.
