Empowered by Movement is a nonprofit organization enriching the lives of older adults—including those living with Parkinson’s and varied movement abilities—through movement, music, and the creative arts.

We believe that every move matters—from small daily gestures to moments of joyful expression. Our classes and community programs inspire connection, creativity, and well-being in a warm, inclusive environment where everyone is seen, supported, and valued.
