Peter Waters

Peter Waters has a solid work experience in the field of product management and leadership. Peter currently serves as the Head of Product at Empowered Systems, where they oversee various products and manages a team of eight professionals. Prior to this, Peter was the Head of Product - ERM at Refinitiv, where they also managed a product team and was a member of the ERM leadership team. Peter has also worked as a Product Manager for the Connected Risk Platform at both Refinitiv and Thomson Reuters, where they were responsible for platform releases, documentation, and handling queries from development, QA, and professional services teams. Earlier in their career, Peter held the role of a Senior Business Analyst at Empowered Systems.

Peter Waters attended Chepstow Comprehensive from 1995 to 2002, where they obtained 3 A-grade A-Levels in Business Studies, Geography, and Maths. Peter also achieved 9 GCSEs with grades ranging from A*-B. Following this, from 2002 to 2005, Peter pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Economics at the University of Cambridge.
