Technology Solutions Support Specialist at EmPowerHR

Ryan Morgan has worked in the human resources field for over two years. Ryan started their career as a Human Resources Information System Specialist with Apple Leisure Group. Ryan was responsible for processing and auditing employee changes within their Ulti Pro system, as well as resolving and addressing employee access inquiries and password resets. Ryan was laid off due to COVID-19 in March of 2020.

In August of 2020, Ryan began working as a Human Resources Assistant with Smithfield Foods. In this role, they answered routine questions and inquires regarding HR departmental procedures and policies. Ryan also provided customer service and troubleshot issues to resolve employee questions or complaints related to COVID processes and procedures. Additionally, Ryan assisted in completing the contact tracing process and forms with employees, as well as data entry, communication, and tracking of COVID cases, testing and results. Ryan is currently still employed at Smithfield Foods.

Most recently, Ryan accepted a position as a Technology Solutions Support Specialist at EmPowerHR. In this role, they will provide support to employees with any technology needs they may have.

Ryan Morgan has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Human Resources Management and Marketing. Ryan Morgan also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in Psychology and Human Resources Management (Minor). Lastly, Ryan Morgan has a General Education Degree from Brookfield East High School in General Studies.

They work with Antonio Ramirez - Technology & Solutions Specialist, Paul Martin - Technology Solutions Consultant, and Donovan Arndt - Technology Solutions Consulting Lead. Ryan Morgan reports to Carmen Perez, Manager of Technology Solutions.
