About Empowering Punch
Empowering Punch is where fitness meets passion, driven by the dynamic team of Paul and Danyl Scianna. Since our founding, we’ve been committed to helping individuals of all fitness levels achieve transformative results through expert training and an encouraging community atmosphere.
In 2006, Paul, a professional boxer turned personal trainer, met Danyl, a seasoned marketing professional, and together they envisioned a fitness experience that combines industry expertise with exceptional personal care. What began as an in-home training service quickly evolved as Paul’s unique blend of weight training and boxing gained rapid popularity for delivering impactful, life-changing results. By 2009, Paul and Danyl expanded Empowering Punch into a full-service fitness center dedicated to delivering "fitness done right."
