EmpowerU Supports is a specialist NDIS-registered provider delivering high-quality Positive Behaviour Support and capacity-building services across Victoria.

Founded in 2025, EmpowerU Supports was created with a strong focus on ethical, person-centred, and evidence-based practice. We work with children, adolescents, and adults with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, mental health conditions, and complex behaviours of concern.

Our services include functional behaviour assessments, Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs), implementation support, caregiver and staff training, and ongoing review and monitoring. We take the time to understand the function behind behaviour and collaborate closely with participants, families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to create practical strategies that support long-term wellbeing and meaningful outcomes.
