Michael Kubik is an experienced marketing and business development professional with a strong background in the insurance and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at EmPRO Insurance since April 2024, Michael focuses on marketing and growth opportunities within the Facility business nationwide and the Physicians business in New York. Previously, Michael held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at MDAdvantage from October 2017 to April 2024, and served as SVP, Director of Marketing at Arthur J. Gallagher for Propertymark Members from June 2016 to September 2017, where the focus was on new business development for healthcare clients in self-insured and TPA services. Earlier in their career, Michael spent 18 years as SVP of Marketing at Coverys. Michael completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from Central Connecticut State University between 1980 and 1984.
