Brian Kelly

Brian Kelly is the managing member of PVB Global llc, a role held since 2018. They are the Chief Executive Officer of emproof, a position since 2021. They previously served as Chief Executive Officer of ChaoLogix from 2013 to 2018. They also held leadership roles as Managing Director at GPX Global Systems, Inc. (2005–2008), Managing Director at KMA GmbH (1999–2004), and Managing Director and President of Emerging Market Analysis (2008–2013). Their education included an MA in International Relations from Boston University (1989–1990); IMBA in International Business from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and from WU Vienna (1995–1996); a BA in History from Clark University (1983–1987); and an Honors Certificate in Russian from the Defense Language Institute (1987–1988).
