Empty Bowls Camas is a community fundraising event that brings together local artists, restaurants, and neighbors to fight hunger in Camas and Washougal.

We raise funds for Inter-Faith Treasure House, which has served local families for over 50 years. Our annual event features soup tastings from beloved restaurants like Feast at 316, MESA, Natalia's Cafe, Tommy O's, and Grains of Wrath, while guests select handcrafted ceramic bowls created by local artists to take home as reminders of hunger in our community.

In our inaugural 2024 event, we exceeded expectations by raising $13,500 - far surpassing our $2,000 goal. The event sold out all 300 tickets and featured 430 handcrafted bowls from local artists, with 30 community sponsors.

As part of the international Empty Bowls movement that began in 1990, we transform art into action against hunger. Every dollar raised goes directly to supporting local families facing food insecurity.
Get involved: volunteer, donate pottery, sponsor, or attend our next event.

Our 2025 Sponsors: We're grateful for support from sustaining sponsors Evergreen Home Loans and OnPoint Community Credit Union, supporting sponsors Columbia Credit Union, St.Clair Ceramics, and Wintzer Acupuncture, plus event sponsor ASW Global Consulting. Sponsored by Church of the Good Shepherd and Norris Arts Studio.
