Charlene Pierce

Charlene Pierce is a mission-driven leader with over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, program management, and the arts. Currently, Charlene serves as the Entrepreneurship Manager for No More Empty Pots, where they coach business owners and design programming that fosters entrepreneurial skills. They are the Founder and President of the Nebraska Poetry Society, which has grown into a vibrant literary community, and previously founded Spilling Ink Writing Services, managing a team of writers to produce content for major brands. Charlene has held various leadership roles in marketing and education, demonstrating a commitment to community building and empowering others. Currently, Charlene pursues an MFA at Pacific University, alongside editing and creative writing studies.
