Sheree Tay

Sheree Tay currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at EMQ Inc., a position held since June 2020. Prior to this role, Sheree was the Head of Legal and Compliance at Wowoo Exchange Singapore from March 2019 to June 2020. Sheree has extensive experience in legal and compliance matters, having worked as Director at The Lau Network Pte Ltd from June 2013 to February 2019, and as Senior Vice President at Citi Private Bank in Hong Kong and Singapore from June 2009 to May 2013, where support was provided to structured products desks. Sheree also has a strong foundation from earlier positions as an Associate at Clifford Chance in the derivatives group of Finance and Capital Markets (July 2007 - May 2009) and at Allen and Gledhill in Corporate Real Estate (June 2004 - March 2007).
