Tom Russell

Tom Russell currently serves as the Head of People Capability at EMR and is the Chair of the North West Apprenticeship Ambassador Network. Previously, Tom held various roles in the British Army, including Learning and Development Officer and Officer in Charge at the Windsor Education Centre, where they coordinated educational programs for thousands of personnel. Tom's extensive experience in educational leadership continued at Bentley Motors as a Senior Skills Development Officer, and at the UK Ministry of Defence as an Operations Manager. Tom's educational background includes multiple advanced degrees in leadership, management, and education.
