We invest and develop in long-term real estate with a buy-and-hold strategy in the residential, retail, leisure and office sectors. We have the ambition to grow further through the acquisition of real estate that can be brought to a higher level. We carry out all our management and exploitation activities in-house with specialized partners with whom we have many years of cooperation.
