Erik Bigelow

Erik Bigelow serves as the General Counsel at Executive Management Services, Inc. since February 2009, where responsibilities include devising and implementing legal strategies, conducting risk assessments, and communicating legal analyses to stakeholders as a member of the executive team. Previously, Erik held the position of Senior/General Counsel at Ace Holding Company, LLC from February 2004 to February 2009, providing in-house legal advice on compliance, transactional matters, and overseeing litigation. Prior to that role, Erik worked as Advanced Sales Counsel at Farm Bureau Insurance from October 2000 to February 2004, focusing on estate, financial, and business planning while developing training programs for agents. Erik earned a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
