Jim Beyer

Jim Beyer is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with a diverse background in various leadership roles. They served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Risk Manager at United Regional Health Care System from 1991 to 2001, and later held the position of Administrative Director of Human Resources at Norman Regional Health System until 2023. Currently, Jim is the Human Resources Director at EMSA and has recently transitioned to the same role at Oklahoma State University Medical Center. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Midwestern State University and an MBA with a focus on Human Resources from Fort Hays State University. Jim's early career included positions in finance and claims adjustment, enhancing their comprehensive understanding of organizational operations.
