Stan Dennis

Stan Dennis brings over 30 years of executive leadership experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Managing Director and Operating Partner at Gauge Capital, where they focus on the firm's healthcare investments. Stan holds board positions with several organizations, including EMSAR, Urology America, and Lucent Health. Previously, they were an Executive Vice President at Optum, overseeing significant physician services and post-acute care businesses. Stan's earlier roles include serving as an SVP at Allina Health System and Chief Revenue Officer at Texas Health Resources, where they played a pivotal role in the formation of a major physician group and one of the first Pioneer Accountable Care Organizations. Stan earned a BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from Rivier College.
