Emsee Living are a dynamic and experienced operator of exceptional childrens homes in the South East of England, Our approach is laid on the foundations of trusting relationships which empower young people to influence decisions about their care and future plans. 

Our organisation is led by an experienced senior management team of registered social workers who champion both the children in our care as well as our amazing teams of practitioners. We know that a happy home can only be created by happy people, as a family run company we make sure all of our colleagues feel valued and work hard to maintain a positive culture where mentorship, psychological safety and continuous professional development are prioritised.
