Ben West

Ben West is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations in the flooring and healthcare industries. Currently serving as a Sales Representative at Emser Tile since November 2025, Ben previously held the position of Senior Account Executive at Mohawk Industries, where a focus on unique design needs and client listening played a crucial role in achieving sales success. Prior to this, Ben worked as a Regional Healthcare Manager at Cintas, responsible for building Institutional Delivery Network (IDN) and hospital relationships while driving revenue growth. Ben’s career began with Cintas in various sales roles, culminating in leadership positions such as Senior Territory Manager and Market Manager. Education was completed at the University of Central Arkansas.
