Roger Ostendorf

Roger Ostendorf is an experienced management professional with a diverse background in operations and sales within the tile and construction industries. Currently serving as the National Account Manager for Gaming at Emser Tile, Roger has led the Las Vegas branch to set multiple sales records in 2022 and achieve the status of the top branch in the region. Previously, as Partner and Vice President at T. Nickolas Company, Roger oversaw operations for Southern Nevada's largest commercial contractor, achieving over $60 million in sales during the final year. Roger has also held significant roles at Marazzi/American Olean Tile and Stone, Canyon Ridge Christian Church, and as Owner and President of Desert Shore Tile Inc., where Roger grew the business from inception to $8 million in annual sales with a workforce exceeding 125 employees.
