Martin Pec

Martin Pec is the Vice President of R&D at Emsiso d.o.o., where they have worked since 2005. They have a background in Java and C++ programming for network management tools from their time as a Senior Engineer at mg-soft d.o.o. and have contributed to research in robust control with neural networks during their tenure as a researcher at the University of Maribor. Martin holds a PhD in Control and Estimation and an MSc in Electrotechnics from the same university, along with a certification as a Functional Safety Engineer. Throughout their career, they have specialized in algorithm development, embedded real-time systems, and project management.
