Prior to this, Ben held a senior position at Caplin Systems from February 2013 to December 2017, where responsibilities expanded to running design and architecture sessions and leading agile scrum teams while addressing complex business requirements. Early career experience includes full-stack development for a corporate FX trading application, as well as work in various roles during a graduate rotation program. Ben is an alumnus of the University of Birmingham, holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science awarded in 2012.
