Don Hanlon

Don Hanlon has a diverse work experience, ranging from senior positions in finance to accounting roles. Don is currently the Head of Finance at Emso Asset Management, where they have been working since January 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Financial Controller at the same company from January 2017 to December 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Finance Manager at Emso Asset Management from December 2015 to December 2016. Before joining Emso Asset Management, Don Hanlon worked at Hermes Fund Managers as a Manager - Fund Operations from July 2010 to December 2015. Don also gained experience as an Accountant at Citi from August 2009 to July 2010. Don Hanlon started their career as a Fund Accountant at Ferox Capital Management from August 2008 to June 2009. Prior to that, they worked as a Fund Accounting Manager at Citco Fund Services from June 2005 to June 2008. Their earliest work experience was as a Senior Fund Accountant at International Fund Services (Ireland) Ltd, A State Street Company from July 2001 to May 2005.

Don Hanlon completed an Investment Management Certificate from Fitch Learning in 2014. In 2003 and 2004, they attended Dublin Business School but did not obtain a degree. From 1997 to 2001, they pursued a degree in Administration and Marketing, earning a 2.1, from Technological University Dublin.
