Kenneth Kukish serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Regulatory Counsel at Emso Asset Management since April 2020, previously holding the role of Deputy CCO and Regulatory Counsel from December 2016 to January 2020. Prior to joining Emso, Kenneth was an Assistant Vice President at Cordium, providing compliance and operational support from July 2011 to December 2016. Additional experience includes a role in investment compliance at Hartford Investment Management Company, where responsibilities included implementing policies and reviewing employee adherence to ethical standards from May 2009 to April 2010, and a judicial internship under The Honorable Vanessa L. Bryant, Federal District Court Judge, where legal research on employment and labor law was conducted in summer 2008. Kenneth Kukish holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law (2010) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Trinity College-Hartford (2007).
